I made 42 cookies this evening, a personal record. I've already given a chunk of them to the neighbors. I like sharing my baked goods with others!
Today was busy but slow. I learned how to make terracotta [clay]. I love learning. The fact that the enigma of how clay is created was revealed to me, and that I participated in its creation felt extremely satisfying. Just thinking about what I may learn or discover next week, the week after that and so on thrills me.
Phil made an incredibly delicious chicken and broccoli alfredo pasta tonight. We ate it in candlelight. I love that boy.
